Due to the nature of our product we do not accept returns.
We will always make every effort to deliver products as close to the specified request as possible.
We will require all items that have any type of quality concerns to be returned to us.
Should an item arrive in a condition you do not feel is acceptable, have a quality issue, please take a image and send to us as soon as possible and we will do our best to make it right.
No refunds will be issued without the return of the entire item.
Delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the order is cancelled 48 hours before the order is to be delivered or there is an issue with the delivery.
Each item is a custom order and is created specifically for you. Should you wish to cancel after your order has been created, there will be a 25% labour/restocking fee.
Items that are not deliverable due to being out of our delivery range, incorrect phone numbers or addresses will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
Any items cancelled after payment has been processed and cancelled by the sender before it has been designed will be charged the credit card processing fee, the remainder will be refunded. Fee varies with credit cards. This is a fee charged to us by the credit card company as soon as a credit card is processed and is not refunded to us by the credit card company under any circumstances as if Feb 1,2021.
Should we cancel the order after it has been charged, we will pay the fee.
